🚐 Pickup & Drop-Off: Enjoy door-to-door service at the beginning and end of your tour. Pickup is provided from hotels and riads located in accessible areas of the city. For accommodations inside the Medina where vehicle access is limited, we will arrange a convenient nearby meeting point and share the exact location and pickup time in advance via email and WhatsApp.

❄️ Comfortable Transportation: Travel in comfort throughout your journey in an air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle, van or modern minibus, depending on the number of people traveling in your shared group. Your vehicle is designed for long-distance travel, mountain roads, and desert terrain to ensure a safe and smooth experience.

👳 Knowledgeable Local Driver: Your experienced local driver will accompany you throughout the journey. More than just a driver, they are familiar with the landscapes, cultures, and routes of the region and are happy to answer questions, share insights, and assist you along the way. Please note that according to Moroccan law drivers are not allowed to act as guides in any destinations. They are licensed for touristic transportation and support only. 

🛏️ Accommodations: All overnight stays are included and carefully selected for comfort, atmosphere, and location. You’ll enjoy accommodations that reflect the character of each region, offering a restful place to unwind after each day of exploration.

🍳 Meals: Daily breakfast and dinner are included at your accommodations. These meals typically feature a mix of traditional Moroccan cuisine and international options, providing a delicious and convenient dining experience without the need to search for restaurants at night.

🥤 Drinks (including Water): Beverages such as water, soft drinks, fresh juices, specialty coffees, or alcoholic beverages—are not included unless specifically stated. These can be purchased at restaurants, cafés, and stops along the route at your own discretion.

🧭 Local Guides: Licensed local guides are note included at key sightseeing locations. These specialists provide in-depth historical, cultural, and architectural context to enhance your understanding of each destination, however hiring them is not required. 

🙏 Tips & Gratuities: Gratuities for your driver, local guides, and camp staff are not included. We are proud to pay fair, livable wages to our team. Tipping is always optional and entirely at your discretion, but if you feel the service you received was exceptional, gratuities are always sincerely appreciated.

🎟️ Entrance Fees: Entrance fees to monuments, museums, kasbahs, film studios, and other attractions are not included unless explicitly stated in your itinerary. This allows you the flexibility to decide which sites you’d like to enter based on your interests. Please note that on shared tours the time available to visit many of the sites along the route is extremely limited.

🍽️ Breakfast on Day 1 and Dinner on the Final Day: Breakfast on the first day and dinner on the final day of your tour is not included. Please be sure to have breakfast before your scheduled pickup, especially as the first day often involves an early departure and a full day of travel.

🥗 Lunches: Lunches are not included. Each day, your driver will stop at recommended restaurants along the route where you may choose what you’d like to eat based on your preferences and budget. This gives you flexibility and freedom of choice throughout the journey.

🛍️ Personal Expenses: Any personal purchases made during the tour—such as souvenirs, gifts, snacks, clothing, optional activities, or additional beverages—are not included and are at your own discretion.

🛡️ Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended): Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended for all travelers. A comprehensive policy can provide coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and unexpected interruptions, helping protect your investment and your peace of mind while traveling.
