Marrakech - Telouet - Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate

Driving Time: 3 hours 40 minutes

Join us for an unforgettable journey through the stunning villages of Morocco's Atlas Mountains! Starting with a pickup from your hotel in Marrakech, we'll take you on a magical tour past Tizi N'Tichka - located at an impressive 2260m altitude. Next is Ait Ben Haddou to visit its UNESCO world heritage site and explore an ancient kasbah. We will have lunch and then make our way to Ouarzazate where we can explore the Kasbah Tourarit and the Atlas Movie Studio before settling in at our accommodations for dinner and the night.

Ouarzazate - Agdz - Zagora - Tamegroute - Erg Chegaga

Driving Time: 4 hours 20 minutes

Embark on a thrilling journey through the desert as we make our way from Ouarzazate to the Sahara city of Zagora. Along the way, we'll take a pit stop in the charming town of Tamegroute to discover the ancient art of pottery making. But the real excitement begins when we leave the paved road behind and switch to a 4x4 vehicle for an epic adventure. Our final destination for the night? A cozy Berber camp nestled in the Erg Chegaga dunes. Revel in the beauty of the setting sun during a camel ride before indulging in a traditional Moroccan meal and some soulful Berber music around a campfire. This is a trip you won't want to miss!

Erg Chegaga

After breakfast at the camp we will spend the day in the desert. We will have the opportunity to sand board or 4x4 in the dunes, have a picnic lunch, and even rent quad bikes (not included) for the ultimate adventure. Alternatively, we can spend the day in the camp relaxing. Your party can do different activities based on their preference. In the evening we will settle down for dinner and traditional music around the fire.

Erg Chegaga - Iriki - Tazenakht - Ait Ben Haddou

Driving Time: 4 hours

Today we will leave the dunes of the Sahara behind. We will travel through the National Park of Lake Iriki, Morocco’s largest National Park, where we will find the remains of the dried Lake Iriki. Once we've reached the road we will stop for tea and snacks before making our way to the small village of Tazenakht. This village is known for the world renowned art of Berber rugs and carpets. Here you can learn about how their made and see examples of work made with sheep wool as well as camel hair. Then it's on to Ait Ben Haddou where we will have dinner and spend the night.

Ait Ben Haddou - Ourika Valley - Marrakech

Driving Time: 4 hours 10 minutes

After breakfast at our accommodations we will make our way back through the High Atlas Mountains. Our next stop wlll be the peaceful and beautiful Ourika Valley where we will visit a friendly Berber family who will warmly welcome you with some delicately brewed Berber tea. Then, we'll explore the breathtaking valley on a leisurely stroll. Our lunch spot is a picturesque restaurant near the river where you can savor some delectable Moroccan cuisine. After lunch, we'll take you on a tour of a dazzling botanical garden full of aromatic plants and beauty. Finally, we'll get you back to Marrakech in the evening.
